2026 Health & Mental Wellness Expo

Join us for this free community event featuring 40+ vendors offering health and mental wellness resources and support. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn practical self-care strategies, gain tools for managing stress, and explore a variety of approaches to overall wellness. The Expo will highlight a wide range of products, services, and resources designed to support both physical and mental well-being.
