Feeling overwhelmed lately at work? Stressed? Have a lot to get done and not enough time?
MercyOne's Dr. Warrington will cover the signs and symptoms of burnout. Plus, give some tips on how to navigate the stress so that you can show up to work and perform at your best.
The purpose of these meetings is to promote the benefit of having a well workforce by engaging members to develop practices & policies to keep their workforce and workplace healthy.
