Tri-State Specialists will hold a ground breaking ceremony to mark the beginning of construction of the new Riverview Surgical Center to be located in South Sioux City next to the Delta Hotel by Marriott South Sioux City Riverfront. A reception will follow the groundbreaking at the Delta Hotel in the Monterey Room.
