We will give the official Chamber welcome to new member Countryside Health Care Center with a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house with refreshments. Countryside Health Care Center is a privately-owned skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that offers a full spectrum of post-hospitalization care including TruRehab therapy services, short-term skilled care, long term care and Independent Living.
