Join us as we welcome new Chamber member, Fouts Fitness. 

Fouts Fitness was created after owner, Jared Fouts, was inspired by Ben Patrick aka Kneesovertoesguy and his company Athletic Truth Group (ATG). ATG is a full body human performance system devoted to improving modern day deficiencies. The methods used come from around the world and throughout history rather than adhering to any one "style" of training. Using tools from popular sports and fitness classes like Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, Crossfit, Gymnastic, Yoga, and Pilates, just to name a few, we are able to create programs that will address and improve athletic performance, joint strength, mobility, functional movement patterns, structural balance, and much more!
