Members of the Siouxland Chamber and South Sioux City Chamber will conduct a ribbon cutting at the newest Ho-Chunk development in downtown Sioux City. An Open House will follow the ribbon cutting until 7:00 with appetizers from SoHo and beverages. Located at 100 Virginia street, this 3 story building has both housing and commercial space. We hope you can join us for the celebration and a first glimpse of the development.
