- Dr. David Ensz, MD began conducting clinical trials in Siouxland in 2010 at their former site in Dakota Dunes. They were the second Meridian Clinical Research facility opened.
- Due to growth and expansion, they moved to their current location in October of 2020.
- Dr. Nicholas Bechtold, DO joined their team in 2023.
