Michael Hoseus will present a program on Implementation of Lean Culture at the luncheon meeting.  He will also present an afternoon follow-up workshop providing more detail on Implementation and Sustaining Lean from 1:30-4:30 pm.  This is a great workshop for your managers and supervisors to attend.
