We all know how a ride on the emotional roller coaster of small business ownership can go.  One day things are going fantastic, we feel like we are on top of the world, and we are "zipping" through our to do list.  Then, the next day we feel like it takes everything we have to trudge back up the hill to get even the smallest thing accomplished.  During this session I'll explain why these kinds of emotional roller coaster rides impact our overall performance--every day, all day long--and what you can do to help manage it better.
