Description
While some will debate whether leadership traits are learned or inherent, Dr. Cyndi Hanson, Executive Director of the South Sioux City Extended Campus of Northeast Community College, is confident that leaders are developed not born. In this WMN session, Dr. Hanson will share ideas on how you can develop your leadership skills – even if you are not in a formal leadership position.
